I am a certified doula, providing professional prenatal, birth and postnatal support
in Ottawa Gatineau.

I specialize in inclusive, unbiased and non judgmental support throughout pregnancy, birth, postnatal recovery and parenting.  My hope is for everyone to have a positive, healthy experience, no matter how you choose to birth or parent.

You are unique and deserve to have unbiased, experienced support tailored specifically for you.

Birth support packages include in person labour support from when you need me until you have the baby.  No matter how long it takes, I will be by your side.  

Postpartum support can be purchased by the hour or in blocks of 24 hours for a discounted rate.  When I finish a shift in your home, you will likely feel more more confident in your skills as a parent and have had some rest. 

I offer complimentary 40 minute consultations by phone or video so we can get to know each other, you can ask any questions you have and you can determine if I am the right doula for you.  Let's chat!
