Birth Doula Services


All Birth Support Packages Include:
  • Complementary Initial Consultation:  For you to ask questions, get to know me,  gather information and decide if I am the right doula for you. 
  • Unlimited phone / text / email support  from the moment you hire me.
  • In person prenatal meeting(s) tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • On call from week 37 until birth.
  • Continuous support during labour and birth - no matter how long it takes.
  • Access to a TENS unit during labour.
  • Immediate postpartum support  for up to 2 hours at place of birth
  • In person postpartum support to discuss the birth and offer support or referrals as needed.
  • Referrals to other resources as needed, from my list of carefully selected providers.

Ruby:
Typically for experience parents / birthing people.

  • 1 Prenatal Visit (up 2 hours): For you to share your birth preferences with me, review your birthing options, and discuss any particular wishes / concerns.
  • 1 postnatal visit (up to 2 hours) to discuss your birth and offer support or referrals as needed.


Investment: $1100
Sapphire:
The standard package.  Recommended for most first time parents / birthing people.

  • 2 Prenatal Visits (up to 2 hours each):  For you to share your birth preferences with me, review your birthing options, hands on comfort measures practice, and discuss any particular wishes / concerns, as well as review postpartum recovery and newborn care.
  • Hands on Comfort Measures review
  • 1 postnatal visit (up to 2 hours) to discuss your birth and offer support or referrals as needed.
  • Continued support for 2 weeks after birth (by phone / text / email) to answer questions about your postnatal recovery, baby care and offer resources as needed 


Investment: $1250
Emerald:
Recommended for parents who want more support when they get home.

  • 2 Prenatal Visits (up to 2 hours each):  For you to share your birth preferences with me, review your birthing options, hands on comfort measures practice, discuss any particular wishes / concerns as well as review postpartum recovery and newborn care.
  • Hands on Comfort Measures review
  • 1 postnatal visit (up to 2 hours) to discuss your birth and offer support or referrals as needed.
  • Continued support for 4 weeks after birth (by phone / text / email) to answer questions about your postnatal recovery, baby care and offer resources as needed
  • 12 hours of daytime postpartum support
